Who am I, what is foot zoning, and what is this blog for?

Hello friend,
Welcome to my blog.
I figured it would be appropriate to start off by explaining a couple things.
1. Who am I?
My name is Aspen, and I’m a certified foot zoning practitioner. I graduated from the Foot Zoning School (now called the Foot Zoning Method) in February 2024, and I am finally finding the courage to dive in and make foot zoning my life!
Important things to know about me:
I love foot zoning. I’ve seen how foot zoning has helped me and my family over the years, and I want everyone to experience how amazing it can be!
I am a writer—hence the blog. I have recently rediscovered my passion for writing after only writing academically for years.
I love to read. A lot of the things that I share will be things that I’ve learned through my reading. And if I ever start to sound like I’m from the 1800s, it’s probably because I’ve been reading too many Regency romance books.
I am a big-time procrastinator. I will do my best to post about foot zoning weekly, but if it doesn’t happen, I apologize in advance.
2. What is foot zoning?
Our feet hold a map to our entire body. A foot zoning practitioner, who has learned this map, accesses it by touching different “reflex points”, or spots on the feet that correlate with a specific part of the body. Doing this allows a practitioner to affect every muscle, organ, tissue, system, and cell of the body, helping the bring the body into harmony with itself—not only physically, but spiritually, mentally, and emotionally as well.
Since starting my foot zoning journey, I have found that emotions play an especially big part in our physical health. A lot of times, physical “dis-ease” can be helped by addressing the emotions that lie underneath the surface through foot zoning (and other methods like meditation, therapy, etc.).
3. What is this blog for?
This blog is where I will share what I have learned about foot zoning, along with new discoveries, to help you live your fullest, most abundant life, connected to your inner self and in tune with your emotions.
I will also share some foot zoning tips and tricks, with videos posted on my Instagram @aspenleaf_footzoning.
Again, welcome to my blog! If there's anything else you're curious about, leave questions in the comments.
Thank you for being here!
With love,
Aspen
